Cancellation & Refund Policy

10 & 5 Class Pack Auto-Renewing Cancellation Policy:

  • Pass is charged to stored credit card (in guest’s name) at time of purchase and will auto-renew when final class on previous pass is used, or when previous pass expires, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel, provide a minimum of 72 hours advance notice before next auto-renew charge. Contact us at: lotuswellnessbangkok@gmail.com

  • 10 Class packs have a 6 month expiration date from the time of purchase

  • 5 Class packs have a 3 month expiration date from the time of purchase

  • Charges, once billed, are not eligible for refund.

 

Single Class & Private Cancellation Policy:

  • Single classes and Privately booked sessions are non refundable one time memberships.

  • Clients must use their session within 7 days of purchasing it before it becomes invalid

  • Charges, once billed, are not eligible for refund.
