Qi Gong & Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese art as a traditional form of self healing. With roots in martial arts the movements are fluid in nature with a focus on posture, structure, coordination and mental focus. It is a true practice of mind, body and spirit. Most classes will have an aspect of meditation incorporated within them.


Qi Gong “Ba Juan Jing” (Eight Pieces of Brocades) is an ancient Chinese healing technique through simple movements with controlled breathing exercise that involves meditation.


Tai Ji Quan or Tai Chi Chuan is a unique Martial Art and wellbeing activity for non-sporty types to elite athletes to people with poor health conditions and for any age.


The flow of postures makes Tai Chi Chuan slow and graceful, keeping the body in active meditative motion.


Qi Gong and Tai Chi Chuan will help blood circulation, balance, flexibility and alignment to restore energy, elevate mood, reduce stress, and prevent disease.
