Level 2   Crystal Bowls: Awakening Resonance with Quartz  (2 Days Course)

The Level 2 programme offers a deeper insight and comprehensive curriculum into incorporating more bowls to your repertoire for group experiences, and conducting 1:1 therapeutic sessions with clear practitioner bowls, through demonstration, application and feedback. We open ourselves up to the magnification of the quartz and the therapeutic qualities of the bowls.

We will take a Level 2 sacred journey exploring the transformational healing power of quartz Crystal Bowls:✨1:1 client based therapeutic techniques and protocols

✨Space holding and therapist integrity
✨Crystal bowl meditation with 7 bowls for groups
✨Effective striking, rimming and positioning of bowls
✨Using breath, intuition and feeling tones
✨Intro toning and vocalization with the bowls
✨How to integrate crystal bowls with other sound tools
 
This program is for anyone who wants to become a Crystal Bowl Healer and have in depth skills and knowledge about these unique instruments. Open to anyone with an interest in Sound, as well as Holistic Therapists, Psychotherapists, Yoga and Meditation Teachers, Medical or Wellness Practitioners and Musicians. It is strongly recommended to take the Level 1 session prior to this course, however you can talk with us about your motivation and experience in any case.A manual/workbook will be provided.

An experienced Sound Therapist for more than 10 years with professionalqualifications in Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Voice and other sound tools.
 Delivered thousands of individual sound therapy treatments, as well as large scale multi-instrumental sound baths for groups, and Moon Ceremonies.
 A former musician, church and contemporary organist.
A C-IAYT Registered Yoga Therapist focusing on mental health and emotional trauma using movement, breath and sound.
 Over 15 years’ experience in Yoga and E-RYT 500 Yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, as well as a Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer focusing on course creation, curriculum development and deliverance.- More than 25 years of personal meditation practice, study and silent retreats in the Tibetan Buddhist Kagyu tradition.
Background in theatrical arts with BA in Theatre Design, working in high profile regional theatres and London’s most prestigious venues, designing stage sets and costumes.
Passionate about the effects of movement and vibration on the mind-body network, as well as holding sacred space, through ancient and contemporary sound tools moving towards an evolution of sound experiences.
